1. Acceptance of Terms<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

By purchasing, installing, or using services provided by RAPTORZi<\/strong>, the customer (\u201cClient\u201d) agrees to these Terms and Conditions in full. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Customer also is in full agreement with the privacy policy provided on www.RAPTORZi.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Services Provided<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

RAPTORZi provides services including but not limited to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  • Security camera (CCTV) installation
    <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • System configuration and setup
    <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Maintenance and repair services
    <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Optional monitoring services (if applicable)
    <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Specific service details will be outlined in the invoice or service agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    3. No Guarantee of Crime Prevention<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    The Client understands that security cameras and related systems are deterrent tools only<\/strong>. Raptorzi does not guarantee<\/strong> prevention of theft, vandalism, injury, or any criminal activity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    4. Client Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    The Client agrees to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    • Provide safe and reasonable access to the property
      <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Ensure legal permission to install cameras at the location
      <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Comply with all local, state, and federal surveillance and privacy laws
      <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Notify occupants or visitors if required by law<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      5. Privacy and Legal Compliance<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      The Client is solely responsible for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \n
      • How recorded footage is used
        <\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Compliance with privacy, audio\/video recording, and consent laws
        RAPTORZi is not responsible for misuse of cameras or footage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        6. Payments and Fees<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
          \n
        • All prices are due as stated on the invoice
          <\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Late payments may result in service suspension or additional fees
          <\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Deposits are non-refundable once installation has begun<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          7. Warranties and Equipment<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
            \n
          • 1 year warranty on all cameras provided by RAPTORZi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • 6 month warranty on new NVR\/DVR installations provided by RAPTORZi
            <\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • RAPTORZi is not responsible for defects caused by misuse, water damage, power surges, or third-party modifications<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            8. Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

            To the maximum extent permitted by law, RAPTORZi<\/strong> shall not be liable for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              \n
            • Loss of data or footage unless the customer is a member of the RAPTORZi Monitoring Program<\/strong>\n
                \n
              • RAPTORZi Monitoring Program<\/strong> = (Data\/Footage will only be backed up for the duration stated on signed contract)
                <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • System failures beyond reasonable control
                <\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
                <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                9. Maintenance and Repairs<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

                Routine maintenance is not included unless the customer is a member of the RAPTORZi Security Camera Maintenance Program<\/strong>. Repairs due to damage, tampering, or environmental conditions may incur additional charges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                10. Termination of Services<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

                RAPTORZi may terminate services if:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  \n
                • Payments are overdue
                  <\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • The Client violates these Terms
                  <\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Unsafe working conditions exist<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                  11. Intellectual Property<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

                  All software, system configurations, and documentation remain the property of their respective owners and licensors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  12. Governing Law<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

                  These Terms shall be governed by the laws of New York, USA<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  13. Changes to Terms<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

                  RAPTORZi reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
