Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, installing, or using services provided by RAPTORZi, the customer (“Client”) agrees to these Terms and Conditions in full. 

Customer also is in full agreement with the privacy policy provided on www.RAPTORZi.com

2. Services Provided

RAPTORZi provides services including but not limited to:

  • Security camera (CCTV) installation
  • System configuration and setup
  • Maintenance and repair services
  • Optional monitoring services (if applicable)

Specific service details will be outlined in the invoice or service agreement.

3. No Guarantee of Crime Prevention

The Client understands that security cameras and related systems are deterrent tools only. Raptorzi does not guarantee prevention of theft, vandalism, injury, or any criminal activity.

4. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide safe and reasonable access to the property
  • Ensure legal permission to install cameras at the location
  • Comply with all local, state, and federal surveillance and privacy laws
  • Notify occupants or visitors if required by law

5. Privacy and Legal Compliance

The Client is solely responsible for:

  • How recorded footage is used
  • Compliance with privacy, audio/video recording, and consent laws
    RAPTORZi is not responsible for misuse of cameras or footage.

6. Payments and Fees

  • All prices are due as stated on the invoice
  • Late payments may result in service suspension or additional fees
  • Deposits are non-refundable once installation has begun

7. Warranties and Equipment

  • 1 year warranty on all cameras provided by RAPTORZi.
  • 6 month warranty on new NVR/DVR installations provided by RAPTORZi
  • RAPTORZi is not responsible for defects caused by misuse, water damage, power surges, or third-party modifications

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RAPTORZi shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of data or footage unless the customer is a member of the RAPTORZi Monitoring Program
    • RAPTORZi Monitoring Program = (Data/Footage will only be backed up for the duration stated on signed contract)
  • System failures beyond reasonable control
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services.

9. Maintenance and Repairs

Routine maintenance is not included unless the customer is a member of the RAPTORZi Security Camera Maintenance Program. Repairs due to damage, tampering, or environmental conditions may incur additional charges.

10. Termination of Services

RAPTORZi may terminate services if:

  • Payments are overdue
  • The Client violates these Terms
  • Unsafe working conditions exist

11. Intellectual Property

All software, system configurations, and documentation remain the property of their respective owners and licensors.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of New York, USA.

13. Changes to Terms

RAPTORZi reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
